Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs at PeaceHealth United General and 20 physicians and 6 APPs at PeaceHealth St Joseph’s.
  • Opportunity to work in both a critical access hospital and a larger community setting with support.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
  • New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

  • This full-time position is available with rotations at PeaceHealth St. Joseph in Bellingham.
  • 7 shifts per month at PHSJ and 7 shifts per month at PHUG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PeaceHealth United General has limited subspecialty support but requires no procedures.
  • Work in partnership with Sound’s Emergency Medicine team at PHUG.

  • Sedro-Woolley is known as the “Gateway to the North Cascades” due to its proximity to the western edge of the Cascades. Located 70 miles north of Seattle and only 30 minutes from Bellingham, WA, the area offers endless outdoor activities including kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, boating, sailing, hiking, biking, and golf. This is an area of Washington people go to visit due to its stunning backdrop and plethora of activities.
