We are seeking a Post-Acute Medical Director to lead three of our post-acute care programs in Traverse City, Michigan. We welcome exceptional candidates with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality patient care.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Active MI license
- Certified Medical Director is a plus
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8 am – 5 pm
- PTO and paid holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Director and physician over 3 post-acute facilities
- You will perform intake H&Ps, formulate and order appropriate treatment plans, and interface with facility nursing and ancillary staff, patients, and families
- Collaborate with and oversee NP/PAs who perform routine, periodic, and as-needed visits in these three facilities
- Benefit from utilizing the robust data reporting that Sound Physicians provides leaders with to continuously improve operations
- Limited on-call responsibilities shared amongst all full-time physicians and APPs.
