Qualifications:
- The candidate must be board-certified/eligible in IM or FM.
- We accept both internal medicine and family medicine trained physicians. Hospitalist experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
- ACLS certification is mandatory.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- 7 days on, 7 days off.
- Open day hospitalist position shift is 7 am-7 pm, and you will be on call during your shift rotation. You will not need to go back into the hospital.
- Nights are covered by an APP. We manage both the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care and post-operative care to a 49-bed hospital.
- Central lines and Intubation are mandatory. ER responds to codes. You will run rapids on your patient.
- Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: Hourly compensation for day shift is $2000; daytime rounder base salary is $365,000.
