Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling Options:
- We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- New clinical rotation will offer 2 physicians on during the day with 1 on STO each week.
- Scheduled physicians will alternate call days with post call physician being first out the next day, or getting the day off if cases are light.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage community hospital with general surgery, podiatry, urology, and orthopedics.
- No trauma, no hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no OB.
- Physician supervision model.
- Will be a combination of administrative and clinical duties.
- Work with Hospital administration and surgeons to implement quality measures.
- Opportunity to build your own team with administrative support.

- W2 Compensation: Annual salary $450k
- Strong commencement bonus offered, up to $100k.
- Annual Chief stipend of $40k.
