As a System Director, you will have a dedicated internal team to support you.

• Oversee communications between multi-service lines to ensure a smooth patient experience throughout the hospital visit
• You will have a staffing coordinator to handle all scheduling
• The regional operations manager will provide you with weekly reports to help manage performance

• This position will oversee 3 EM sites in Kern County with the main site being Adventist Health Bakersfield.
• 78,000 volume ED
• 32-bed ED (22 main, 10 South): state-of-the-art patient rooms complete with the latest life-saving technology
• Ambulatory and helipad facilities for receiving patients throughout the county
• Zoll AutoPulse machines to provide safe and efficient CPR
• 50 daily hours of physician coverage and 60 hours of APP coverage
• Cerner EMR; scribes
• 1099 comp range $500k – $600k plus $50k commencement bonus
• Physicians must be EM trained and BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
