Delano Regional Medical Center is a full-service community and regional teaching hospital. DRMC serves 10 rural central California towns and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. With a total of 156 beds, DRMC is a not-for-profit hospital with services including an Intensive Care Unit, a Sub-Acute Care Unit, a Medical Surgical Unit, a dedicated Surgical Pavilion and an Obstetrics/Gynecology Unit.
- Emergency Department
- 28,000 annual patient volume
- Cerner EMR
- 24 hours of physician coverage; 16 hours of APP coverage
- 15% admission
- Sound Physicians Hospitalist program
- Above 75th percentile MGMA; Compensation: $425,000 – $450,000
- $50k commencement bonus
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Board certification; ABEM required
