Delano Regional Medical Center is a full-service community and regional teaching hospital. DRMC serves 10 rural central California towns and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. With a total of 156 beds, DRMC is a not-for-profit hospital with services including an Intensive Care Unit, a Sub-Acute Care Unit, a Medical Surgical Unit, a dedicated Surgical Pavilion and an Obstetrics/Gynecology Unit.

- Salary range: $112k-$122k dependent upon experience

Sound values our advanced practice providers and realizes they need a forum to collaborate. Our APP collaborative was formed to provide development opportunities and advance our providers’ roles who work alongside our physician providers. We offer the same leadership development opportunities for APPs that are provided to our physician providers. We are focused on helping you build your emergency medicine career.
- ACLS/BLS/PALS required
- Current, unrestricted license in CA is required, and 1 year of recent EM experience required
